Two of my favorite things in one! Go Noodle and directed drawing!
This is a FREE activity from Kristen and Easy Learning Tools.
I found this post about vocabulary strategies by Cathie from the W.I.S.E. Owl on Adventures in Literacy Land. This looks like a really simple way to preview vocabulary. It would be really easy to make a general story map to use over and over. This strategy would really help some of my ELL students. Click on the picture to go directly to the post.
Surprise! This pin is from PawSitively Teaching, one of the hosts of this fun linky.
While I always enjoy freebies, it's really rare to find one this fantastic. These are high quality math problems! Kids will really have to think. I love that it includes a variety of formats, and somehow the worms are adorable. I'm using it for some of my advanced first graders.
